IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

Due to new federal legislation, Woodport Doors is no longer required to automatically furnish all employees with a paper copy of the IRS Form 1095-C. This form provides information about the health insurance coverage offered to you and your family under our plan. You do not need this form to file your personal tax return, but you should keep it with your tax records.

You may request a copy of your 2025 Form 1095-C at any time.
